To help flush out the colon without unnatural laxatives eat more bulk with juicier fruit. (2 bananas does not make a meal.)


Smoothie of Bananas, melon, ginger, some spinach

Broom Salad:

Shredded carrots, shredded cabbage, cucumbers or tomatoes for softness, avocado and a little flaxseed or chia seed.

Another broom salad:

Shredded apples with cinnamon and add pears if available.

Sauerkraut or kimchi can help the friendly bacteria in your gut as well as fresh organic fruits and vegetables.

Negative thoughts can affect digestion.

Get centered and relaxed, smell your food and be grateful before eating or drinking a smoothie.
