Fruits and greens

Fruits, greens and veggies are the main staple of the balanced raw vegan nutrition.

Follow the seasons to choose your fruit and veggies. Choose all the colours of fruit and try new fruits. Use frozen berries, etc. when fresh are not available. Don’t just eat fruit.

Get your greens in including parsley, cilantro, kale, wild greens, red lettuce. We need lots of greens for their minerals. 1-2 pounds a day.

Dandelions, milk thistle are perfect for the liver. Greens are cleansing and detoxifying, help the skin, and are grounding and calming. This is why eating greens in the evening is helpful.

Make a list of greens and rotate them. Cucumbers, broccoli, beets, celery help mineralise you too.
