Lymphatic system

The body is detoxifying all the time.

The lymph and liver work together as partners.

Our lymphatic system needs movement to work properly. Walking, rebounding, shaking the whole body, skin brushing all help the lymph move toxins out of the body. Moving the arms and legs by walking briskly is one of the best ways to move the lymph. Jesse likes to walk 20 minutes in the morning, again before lunch, again in between lunch and supper and again after supper. Eating too much fat makes the lymph sticky and impedes moving out the toxins. Eat less than 20% fat.
