Morning slim-down routine

  1. After dinner I felt my energy drop and I wanted to relax on the couch with a movie, but instead I went outside for a bike ride. This gave me new energy, also mentally, so I could listen to more of your videos and make notes 🙂

  2. My morning routine starts with a little prayer and then drinking some infused water, shake my body for 1 minute to loosen up my anckles and then bounce on the trampoline for 20 minutes. Then drink a juice which I already took out of the fridge as soon as I got out of bed so it won’t be too cold.
