The Power Of Veggies

Open up your mind and your kitchen  and eat a rainbow of veggies and fruits. Even root vegetables, broccoli and pumpkin.

To make broccoli and cauliflower easier to digest blend them with tomatoes and avocado and pour over a salad and squeeze lemon on it. You will feel the vibration and gain energy especially if you have been eating fruitarian style missing the minerals from vegetables.

Quality food meaning as fresh and pesticide free as possible is important for health. Balance fruit with veggies, greens, and a little plant sourced fat. Fat helps veggies digest easier and the body use fat soluble vitamins.
